Zulmira Conceicao Viveiros

Zulmira Conceicao (Machado) Viveiros, 72, of Fall River, died Thursday at St. Anne's Hospital. She was the wife of the late Januario Viveiros.

Born in Arrifes, St. Michael, Azores, she was the daughter of the late Joao and Maria da Conceicao (Barbosa) Machado; she resided in Fall River for the past 10 years.

Mrs. Viveiros was a homemaker and enjoyed embroidery. She was a member of Santo Christo Church.

She is survived by 7 children, Joao Manuel Viveiros of St. Michael, Azores; Maria da Conceicao Cordeiro of Fall River; Zelia Viveiros of St. Michael, Azores, Zulmira Botelho of Fall River; Januaria Pimentel of St. Michael, Azores, Rui Viveiros and Marco Viveiros, both of Fall River; a sister, Adlina Machado of St. Michael, Azores; a brother, Duarte Barbosa of St. Michael, Azores; 21 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Januario Viveiros.

Her funeral will be held Monday at 8 a.m. from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia St., followed by a Funeral Mass at 9 a.m. in Santo Christo Church. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours Sunday 5 - 9 p.m.
