Warren A. Boler, 79, of Fall River, passed away Friday, December 22th, 2023, at St. Anne’s Hospital, in Fall River.
He was the widower of the late Irene “Rita” Boler.
Born in Fall River, he was a son of the late George E. Boler and Mary Gloria (Galvin) Boler.
Warren’s first job was at a grocery store, which is where he met his late wife, Rita. However, he spent most of his career as a machine operator at Wakefield Engineering. He also worked as a dog trainer which he loved very much. Warren enjoyed playing cards, fishing, training his German Shepherd and Rottweiler, and spending time with his family. The only thing he loved more than his family was a good ball game and coaching his late son Derek Boler. Warren was a kind man with a big heart. He was a jokester and passed that trait throughout the family. He was always full of fun facts that he learned from the animal planet that always kept him sharp and on his feet, along with his mind boggling riddles he loved to share.
He is survived by his granddaughter Megan Fitzgerald (fiance Cody Moniz); his brother Lenny Boler; nieces Shelley Dion and Heather Boler; and nephews, Jason Boler and David Barnes. He was the father of the late Derek Boler and Mark Boler, and the brother of the late Noreen Dion.
His private funeral services will be announced at a later date by the family.
