Theresa Medeiros

WESTPORT - Theresa (Moniz) Medeiros, 95, of Crane Ave., Westport, MA, died Monday, January 16th at home. She was the wife of Manuel Medeiros.
Born in Portsmouth, RI, she was a daughter of the late John and Virginia (Barboza) Moniz; she lived most of her life in Westport. Mrs. Medeiros was a homemaker.
Besides her husband, she is survived by nine daughters, Virginia Pelletier of Fall River, Dorothy O'Brien of Tiverton, RI; Rose Mary Cabral of Fall River, Margaret LaFleur of Swansea, MA, Theresa Williams of Fall River, Paulina Sousa of New Bedford, MA, Geraldine Wright of Fall River, Brenda Ann Salvas of Swansea, MA and Darlene Borges of Fall River; seven sons, Manuel Medeiros of Taunton, MA, John Medeiros of Westport, MA, Thomas Medeiros of Swansea, MA, Paul Medeiros of Fall River, Gerald Medeiros of Fall River, David Medeiros and Jimmy Medeiros of Westport; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; many great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Robert Medeiros.
