Suzanne M. (Poirier) Silvernail

TIVERTON… Suzanne M. (Poirier) Silvernail, 70, of Tiverton passed away Monday, July 17, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Cambridge, MA, she was the daughter of the late Thomas F. and Marion S. (Crehan) Poirier and had lived in Tiverton for the past 10 years.
Suzanne worked for 45 years as a nurse for Brigham & Woman's Hospital in Boston, working her way up to Nursing Director before her retirement in 2014. She had received her Master's Degree in Nursing from Salem State. She enjoyed reading, taking walks on the beach and spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Janet Nimiroski and her husband Mark of Tiverton, 4 grandchildren; Nicholas Silvernail of Providence, Alexander, Sabrina & Lilly Nimiroski, and her brother, Thomas Poirier of MA. She was mother of the late Julie Silvernail.
Memorial Service to which relatives and friends are invited will b held Thursday, July 20th at 7 PM at Oliveira Funeral Home, 2064 South Main St. Fall River, MA. Calling hours will be held Thursday from 4 - 7 PM, prior to the service.
