Susan Santos

Susan (Oliveira) Santos, 65, of Fall River, suddenly passed away October 7, 2024, at home. 

 Sue was a lifelong resident of Fall River. A BMC Durfee grad who loved playing tennis with her Dad, loved horses and trips to Arizona where she enjoyed horseback riding, and was a member of the East End Sportsman’s club. Sue had a love for music and enjoyed singing for the band “Together”for many years, her passion for music remained with her for the rest of her life. She was an “avid” kayaker for several years, and made unforgettable memories while paddling with friends. Sue worked in retail for COX Paper Co., Trusdale Clinic Pharmacy and Edible Arrangements, prior to becoming her Mother’s caregiver. 

 Born in Fall River, Susan was a daughter of the late Norman Oliveira and Evelyn (Lewis) Oliveira. She will be remembered and greatly missed by her loved ones as a loving wife, cousin, aunt, godmother, and friend. 

 Along with her husband, she is survived by her cousins Madaline Garside, Alfred Lewis, Lisa Young, Jane Larrivee, her brother-in-law Joseph Santos, sister-in-law Donna Santos, and her goddaughter Savannah Santos, along with lifelongfriends', Aunts and Uncles, Nieces and Nephews. 

 A visitation will be held, Wednesday, October 23, 2024, from 9:30-10:30 AM in the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia St, Fall River, followed by burial in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Fall River.
