Shirley A. Kirkham

Shirley A. (Brightman) Kirkham, 60, of Fall River, died Wednesday at home.

Born in Fall River, a daughter of the late William and Rita (White) Brightman.

Shirley worked as a CNA for the Crawford Nursing Home, she enjoyed working at the home and especially caring for her patients.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, scratch tickets and trips to the casino.

She is survived by two daughters, Carol L. Kirkham and Lori S. Kirkham both of Fall River, MA; a sister, Nancy Baldwin (Husband Jim) of CT; two brothers, Irvin Brightman (Wife Sharon) of Westport, MA and William Brightman, Jr. of Lowell, MA; 3 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Patricia Walsh.

Her calling hours will be held on Friday from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Oliveira Funeral Home 2064 South Main St. Burial will be private.
