Richard R. Gaudreau

Richard R. Gaudreau, 80, of Tiverton, RI, a retired maintenace man, died Wednesday, Sept. 9th at home. He was the husband of Dolores M. (Amaral) Gaudreau.
Born in Somerset, MA, he was a son of the late Romeo and Rosalie (Richards) Gaudreau; he resided in Tiverton for the past 25 years. Mr. Gaudreau worked for Cape Cod Potato Chips and the former Frito Lay of Fall River.
Besides his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Amalya Gaudreau of Tiverton; two step-sons, Stephen Cabral of Tiverton and Jeffrey Cabral of No. Providence; a sister, Doris Winslow of Somerset, MA; several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; a niece and a nephew. He was the father of the late Ronald Gaudreau.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service on Monday, Sept. 14th at 10 a.m. in the Oliveira Funeral Home, 2064 South Main Street. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Visitation morning of service 9-10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his memory to Visiting Nurse Services of Newport-Hospice Care, 1184 East Main Rd., Portsmouth, RI 02871.
