Richard L. Archambault

Richard L. Archambault, 61, of Fall River, passed away Friday at the Providence VA Medical Center. He was the husband of Patricia A. "Pat" (Tourgee) Archambault and former husband of Mary (Silva) Archambault.

Born in Fall River, a son of the late Lionel and Yvette (Robillard) Archambault, he resided most of his life in Fall River.

Mr. Archambault was a veteran of the United States Navy.

Besides his wife and former wife, he is survived by a daughter, Amanda Archambault of Fall River; a son, Richard "Ricky" Archambault, Jr., of Fall River; 2 step-daughters, Yvonne Bird of East Greenwich, RI and Dawn Barcellos of Fall River; a step-son, Glenn Bird, Jr., of Fall River; 2 sisters, Claudette Harrop and Janice Archambault both of Fall River; 2 brothers, Roger Archambault and Gerald Archambault of Fall River; 6 grandchildren; Marcus, Leah, Sarah, Jocelyn, Alexis and Victoria and several nieces and nephews. He was the step-father of the late Jonathan D. Bird and brother of the late Ronnie Archambault.

His funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. in the OLIVEIRA FUNERAL HOME, 215 Columbia St., Interment is private. Calling hours Tuesday 6 to 9 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations in his memory may be made to Beacon Hospice 182 North Main St. Fall River, MA 02720.
