Paulo Melo

Paulo S. de Teves Melo, 54, passed away February 26, 2025, at home, in Fall River.

    Born in St. Michael, Azores, he was a son of Delmira Fatima Morais de Teves Melo and the late Asterio G. De Melo.

    Paulo loved spending time with family and friends, often playing dominos and cards. He was also a big fan of Portuguese football, especially Benfica, and enjoyed watching their matches whenever he could. His passion for the team was something he always shared with those around him.

    Along with his mother, survivors include his children Tomas Mendonca Melo and Matilde Mendonca Melo; his siblings Carla Melo, Ricardo Melo, and Silvio Melo; his nieces and nephews Isabel, Angel, Miguel, and Michaela.

    A visitation will be held Saturday, March 8, 2025, from 5 - 7 PM at the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia St., Fall River. Funeral prayers will take place at 5:30PM, during the visitation.
