Paul Carneiro, Jr.

BRISTOL… Paul Carneiro, Jr., 59, of Bristol, RI, passed away Sunday, August 21, 2022, at Dawn Hill Rehab & Healthcare, in Bristol, RI, after a long journey with his health condition.

Born in Fall River, he was a son of Paulo Carneiro and the late Zita (Medeiros) Carneiro.

In his younger years, Paul was an avid baseball player.

Along with his father, survivors include his brother Patrick Carneiro (wife Tammy), of Westport; his sisters: Laiz Daigle (husband Rick), of Fall River, Lillian Sunderland (husband Ethan), of Griswold, CT, Laurie Travers (late husband Robert), of Dartmouth, and Lynne Souza (husband Bill), of Portsmouth, RI; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

The family would also like to thank the staff at Dawn Hill for the care they provided to Paul over the many years he was there.

A visitation will be held Friday, August 26, from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia St., Fall River, followed by a Funeral Service at 10:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River.
