Paul Barboza

Paul Barboza, 78, of Fall River died August 29, 2018 at St. Anne’s Hospital in Fall River.

He was the husband of Lorraine (Ferreira) Barboza of Fall River.

He was born in Fall River a son of the late Ernest and Agnes (Mello) Barboza and had been a lifelong resident of this city.

He worked as a Security Guard at Quaker Fabric and worked at Globe Manufacturing for 20 years as well as the Gulf Gas Station on Milliken Blvd for 20 years. Paul also worked part time at Paramount Tools.

Mr. Barboza was a former member of the St. John’s Athletic Club and was an avid fisherman and golfer.

Survivors include 2 sons: Robert A. Barboza and Paul M. Barboza both of Fall River, a daughter Dorothy Ann Barboza of Fall River, and 4 grandchildren: Alex, Laura, Ayden, and Kaley. He was the brother of the late Ernest “Barney” Barboza and Dorothy Barboza.

Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 10 AM at Calvary Temple Assembly of God, 4321 North Main Street, Fall River, MA
