Luz Mary Rosa

FALL RIVER… Luz Mary Rosa, 46, of Fall River, died Saturday, November 27, 2021 at St. Anne’s Hospital, in Fall River.

Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of Luz Torres and the late Javier Rosa. She moved to America with her family when she was 12 years old.

Mrs. Rosa’s faith was Pentecostal, and she attended the IPEHV Church, in Fall River. She enjoyed singing, reading the Bible and religious books, listening to music, and most of all, spending time with her children and grandchild. She also was a very loving and devoted daughter to her mother, and loved spending time with her.

Along with her mother, she is survived by her children: Javier Rosa, Ziomara Rosa, and Xavier Rosa; her grandchild Zimena Rosa; her siblings: Alberto Rosa, Migdalia Rosa, Javier Rosa, Miguel Rosa, Angela Rosa, Yanira Rosa, and Lizzie Rosa; many nieces and nephews.

Visitation to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Thursday, December 2, 2021, from 8 - 10 AM from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 2064 South Main St., Fall River, MA, followed by a funeral service at 10AM, in the funeral home. Burial will be in Mayflower Hill Cemetery, Taunton.
