Luis A. Rodrigues

FALL RIVER… Luis A. Rodrigues, 72, of Fall River died Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at home surrounded by his family.

He was the husband of Berta (Carreiro) Rodrigues.

He was born in Furnas, St. Michael, Azores a son of the late Gilbert Rodrigues and had lived in Fall River for many years.

He was employed as a truck driver with Horner Mill Works for over 30 years before retiring.

Mr. Rodrigues was a member of Santo Christo Church where he was very active. He loved spending time with his granddaughters.

Survivors include his wife, 2 sons: Richard G. Rodrigues and Eric P. Rodrigues both of Fall River, 3 granddaughters: Makenzie, Selena, and Brielle.

Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Friday at 8AM from the OLIVEIRA FUNERAL HOME, 215 Columbia Street, Fall River, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9AM at Santo Christo Church, Columbia Street, Fall River. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours Thursday 5-8 PM.
