Lorrain Rocha

FALL RIVER… Lorraine (Rocha) Rocha, 87, of Fall River, passed away Tuesday, November 14th at Sarah S. Brayton Nursing Center. She was the widow of Frank Rocha.
Born in Somerset, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Gloria (Oliveira) Rocha. Mrs. Rocha worked as a floor lady at Fairhope Fabrics. She enjoyed crafts, gardening and trips to Foxwoods.
Survivors include her children; Barbara A. Stevenson and husband John of Northport, FL, Donna L. Ellis and companion Stephen Cateon , Rhonda M. Hinch and husband Mark, Christine Amarelo and husband Paul , all of Fall River and Frank G. Rocha, Jr. and wife Diane of Fall River; her brother, Alfred Rocha of Fall River; 8 grandchildren, Frank, Troy, Brandon, Stephanie, Megan, Jacob, Benjamin and Emma ; 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend their sincerest "Thank You" to the staff at Sarah Brayton for the care they provided for Lorraine.
Her funeral will be held Saturday at 7:30 a.m. from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 2064 S. Main St., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 8:30 a.m.at Holy Trinity Parish, Stafford Rd. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery.
