Keith R. Fernandes

CRANSTON - Keith R. Fernandes, 40, of Tiverton, RI, a talented carpenter and craftsman, died Wednesday, October 11th. He was the former husband of Alycia (Trznadel) Fernandes of Little Compton. Born in Fall River, MA, he was the son of Edward Fernandes of Swansea and Marie Denise VanCala of Tiverton; he lived in Tiverton for most of his life.
Besides his father, mother and former wife, he is survived by a daughter, Emma Fernandes of Little Compton; three sons, Matthew Fernandes, Luke Fernandes and Holden Fernandes all of Little Compton; a brother, Kenneth B. Fernandes and his wife Genna of Huntsville, Alabama; and two nieces and a nephew.
His funeral will be held Tuesday, October 17th at 7:45 a.m. from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 2064 South Main Street, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. in St. Theresa Church, Stafford Rd., Tiverton. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours Monday 6-8 p.m.
