Jose Vieira

FALL RIVER… Jose Vieira, 82, of Fall River passed away June 20, 2020 at Kimwell Nursing Home in Fall River.

He was the loving husband of Regina G. (Pires) Vieira.

Born in Ponta Graca, St. Michael, Azores he was a son of the late Jose da Roeias Vieira and Maria Ines (Matos) Vieira.

Prior to retiring, Mr. Vieira was the former owner of Old Time Donuts on Pleasant St. in Fall River.

Survivors include his daughter: Grace Maria Vieira-Domings of Somerville, his sons: Victor N. Vieira of Somerville and Joseph F. Vieira of Woburn, his brothers: Armando Jose Vieira and Joao B. Vieira, both of Fall River, Duarte Vieira of the Azores, and Antonio C. Vieira of Brazil, 6 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. He was a brother of the late Maria Enos Vieira and Odete Vieira.

Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Thursday, at 11:00 AM from the OLIVEIRA FUNERAL HOME, 215 Columbia St. Fall River, MA 02721. Interment will be in Notre Dame Cemetery, Fall River. Calling hours will be held from 9 – 11:00 AM, prior to the funeral.
