Jeanne Souza

SOMERSET ... Jeanne (King) Souza, 84, of Tiverton passed away September 6, 2019
at Somerset Ridge Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was the wife of Joseph W. Souza of Tiverton.

She was born in Fall River a daughter of the late Maurice and Leona (Ouelette)
King and had lived in Tiverton for the last 59 years.

Mrs. Souza was employed by the Tiverton Public Schools as a cafeteria worker.
She enjoyed bowling, bingo, trips to the casinos, karaoke, her cats, and spending
time with her family and friends.

Survivors include her husband, a son Joseph W. Souza of Tiverton, 5 daughters:
Cherie Canulla and her husband Billy of Tiverton, Karen Corriea and her husband
Willie of Tiverton, Lori Sylvia of Dartmouth, Robin Ferreia of Dartmouth, Kristin
Rosebrock and her husband Frank of Tiverton, 2 sisters: Claire Mullen of CT,
Marueen Cookson of Westport, 9 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, several
nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Maurice King, Mary Isabell
Ferris, Irene Fay, and Margie Grein.

Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Wednesday at 9:00
AM at the OLIVEIRA FUNERAL HOME, 2064 South Main Street, Fall River, MA
followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. John the Baptist Church
Main Road Westport. Interment will be in Pocasset Hill Cemetery, Tiverton.
Calling hours will be Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM
