Janet E. (Hanna) Viveiros

Janet E. (Hanna) Viveiros, age 59, passed away Thursday, July 13, 2017 at Rhode Island Hospital with her loving family and friends by her side. She was born on February 27th, 1958 in Quebec, Canada to John (Jack) and Eleanor Hanna. She was a devoted wife, mother, and loving friend who always put others needs before her own and was always happy to be surrounded by family. Janet was extremely hardworking, brave and courageous. She will be greatly missed, but never forgotten by the people who love her.
Janet is survived by her husband, Brian Viveiros of Fall River, Mass; mother Eleanor Hanna, son JackHanna and wife Shandi; step-children, Brian Viveiros Jr and wife Rosa, Katherine Viveiros and husband Steve; grandchildren, Mya Hanna, Eliana Viveiros, ElyceViveiros and Evan Viveiros. Janet was also a very proud mentor through the Big Sisters program to her "little Sister" Becky (Winfield) Eickhoff.
Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at 7 PM at Oliveira Funeral Home 2064 South Main St. Fall River. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 7 PM, prior to the service.
