Ernesto P. Coelho

Ernesto P. (Ernie) Coelho, 57, of Fall River, died Tuesday at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Luisa (Rego) Coelho.

Born in Santa Cruz, St. Michael, Azores, he was a son of Fernanda (Pimentel) Coelho of Fall River and the late Edmundo Coelho; he lived in Fall River for most of his life and was a member of Good Shepherd Parish. He enjoyed gardening with his wife every summer and loved listening to Elvis Presley.

Mr. Coelho last worked as a floor person for A.J. Wright Industries. He previously worked as a custodian for Viti Inc. in Tiverton.

Besides his lovely wife 35 years and mother, he is survived by a son, Victor M. Coelho (Wife Anita) of Fall River.

His funeral will be held Saturday at 8 a.m. from the Oliveira Funeral Home, 215 Columbia St., followed by a Funeral Mass at 9 a.m. in Good Shepherd Parish. Interment in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours Friday 6 - 8 p.m.
