Albino R. "Ringo" Brum

FALL RIVER …Albino R. "Ringo" Brum, 69, of Fall River, passed away Monday, September 5, 2016.
He was the husband of Idalina (Moniz) Brum of Fall River.
Born in Rosario de Lagoa, St. Michael, Azores, he was a son of the late Joaquin and Lurdes (Brum) Rocha; Albino had been in the United States for 54 years.
He was employed for over 30 years as a laborer for the City of Fall River.
Albino was a member of the Elks Lodge, Fall River Sports and various local and social clubs.
Along with his wife, survivors include a son, Joshua R. Brum and his wife Carrie of Westport; a brother, Valdemar "Val" Rocha of Fall River; two nephews, Justin Rocha and Michael Couto. He was the brother of the late Alcina Couto. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be held Saturday, September 10th at 8:45 AM at Oliveira Funeral Home, 2064 South Main Street, Fall River, followed by a Mass of Christian burial at Santo Christo Church at 9:45 AM, Columbia Street, Fall River. Interment immediately following in St. Patrick Cemetery.Calling hours will be held Friday from 5-8 PM.
